a carnival cruise ship is back at sea with another boat load of passengers. legend left the home port this morning just nine hours after unloading 2000 passengers from a trip cut short because of problems. the legend one of four ships carnival says reported minor problems. in now question if the company can make tain ships effectively after last month's debacle on the triumph. >> while nair a rush to meet demands, build ships that are big enough to hold thousands of people we don't know what is getting missed. >> the ongoing problems have

officially change it will be wet for sure. so let me show you what it looks like. it will be tracking rain very soon along with national weather service radar in the santa cruz mountains. now, most of this is high level clouds. cloudy skies overnight, rain tuesday night into wednesday. spring arriving at 4:02. satellite picture here, you'll notice what is coming here, just high level clouds ahead of the storm system here so we'll toin see those clouds really right before the rain arrives. and i want to show you timing of the rain. tonight at 7:00 p.m. just looking at a veil of high cloud cover. into morning commute many of you heading out of the door. you're going to see a break but not for long. some clouds will start to increase throughout the morning into afternoon. by 5:00 p.m. we may be looking at rain approaching the coastline but

one model is keeping it dry. so first chance will be tomorrow night. wednesday, at 5:00 a.m. some of you heading out of the door you'll notice the rain around the central part of the bay area and the cold front is moving in. starting to move across the heart of the bay area 11:00 a.m. wednesday. then, behind it, pretty much all done, over with by afternoon. rainfall totals look like this, up to an nimpblg wettest north bay mountains. in the north bay, rainfall drops off so a tenth of an inch or less throughout 11:00 p.m. wednesday this, is how dry we're running as far as rainy season. this is how much we need to makeup for where we should be. almost five and a half inches in san francisco. san jose. oakland almost at 5 and a half inches is what you need.

walking through because during this week, monday through friday this is a test of bicycles on part in all trains during all hours including the commute. they're not allowed to bring bikes on the escalator. you can see people were quickly trying to take advantage that has been publicized by bart. the rule is that you can bring bikes on trains but not a car overly crowded. bart is asking people to use common sense to determine which cars are too crowded. they say if jam packed in there, you shouldn't be bringing a bike on that car. it's a five-day test. bart doing a survey to think what the public thinks about this. we'll ride along to see how

bart go wtz bicycle autos thank you. >> hope francis is getting ready for his inaugural mass tomorrow but in the morning he tested his diplomatic skills met with the president of argentina. the two have had a rocky relationship. pope francis has been a critic of her support of gay marriage and free contraception. today, president occurchner asked for the pope to interview over the ongoing war over the falcon island. vice president biden will attend the mass for francis. today, meeting with it italian prime minister. biden is the first roman catholic vice president leading the u.s. delegation at the vatican, including nancy pelosi who is also catholic. ask and abc news plans a special report tomorrow morning on the ceremonies. it's expected to begin around 12:50 a.m. pacific time.

hi, jonathan. >> here in bart they're working on a goal in nine 10 years to double the number of people using their bicycles to ride to bart opposed to their car. right now it's about 4.5%. they want to get to it 8%. they're running a test this week, testing whether people with ride during rush hour without disrupting the skmut of other riders this, is running monday through friday. riders tell us the test coming in the afternoon because that is the heaviest time for bart. people are living -- leaving san francisco in large numbers. you can see here in this video people are down there with bicycles right now waiting to get on cars. they're allowed on any part of the train except for the first three.
